In February 2024, I bought a 34-foot city bus and teamed up with my best friend, Kaylub Giamanco. A full-time carpenter with a serious eye for detail, Kaylub helped turn my vision into reality. What started as a business dream for me became a full-blown art project for him. Over six months, we stripped the bus down to its bones—pulling seats, panels, and wiring—then rebuilt it piece by piece with intention, from flooring and walls to plumbing and power.

Without Kaylub, this project would’ve taken years. Together we problem-solved nonstop and dialed the bus to near perfection. ZapTrip hit the road for its first event at the Hot Pipes Motorcycle Show on August 31, 2024. Since then, it’s rolled through weddings, music festivals, birthday parties, markets, and concerts, with more stops ahead. We’re always refining the build, and I’m just getting started filling the calendar for 2026.
